I’m a journalist who recently graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis
Obispo.
I first practiced newswriting with my community college newspaper, The DVC Inquirer. At Cal Poly, I was a Senior Opinion Columnist and the Head Newsletter Writer for Mustang News. I also worked as part of EdSource’s Student Journalism Corps.
Currently, I write a weekly newsletter about American soccer with recaps, commentary, and aggregated news. I am looking for any type of entry-level news work in Southern California.
In my free time, I enjoy drumming, playing soccer and tennis, reading, and baking.
